Signs it might be time to take a break
- Betting more than you planned, or chasing losses to win them back.
- Borrowing money, or using money meant for bills, to bet.
- Hiding how much you bet from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you aren't betting.
- Games stop being fun unless there's money on them.
Tools that can help
- Your sportsbook: most sportsbooks let you set deposit, time and wager limits, take a timeout, or close your account. Look in your sportsbook's account or responsible gaming settings.
- Self-exclusion: many states run programs that block you from betting with licensed sportsbooks for a set time. In Ohio, the Time Out Ohio program lets you exclude yourself from sports betting, casinos and racinos for one year, five years or life.
- Blocking software: apps like Gamban or BetBlocker can block betting sites and apps on your devices.
In Fanapult

- Keep slips to yourself by setting them to Just me.
- Fanapult never shows money, bankrolls or leaderboards by winnings.
- You can delete your account at any time: Settings and privacy → Account → Delete account.
